1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to inform purchasers about the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets for the Success Summit event.

By purchasing a ticket for Success Summit through this website, the purchaser expressly and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other document, communication or claim issued by the purchaser.

The purchase of a ticket for this event constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Event Organization

Success Summit is organized by the OTG West Europe Association, a non-profit association established in accordance with Spanish Law 1/2002.

OTG West Europe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.

All events organized by OTG West Europe are intended for its members. By completing this purchase, the user applies for and accepts membership in the OTG West Europe Association.

3. Registration and Access to the Event

Online registration constitutes an official registration and the intention to attend the event.

Full payment for the ticket must be received before the start of the event in order to gain access.

By attending the event, participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations communicated by OTG West Europe before or during the event.

4. Ticket Assignment and Transfer

Event tickets may only be assigned or transferred to another Nu Skin distributor under the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.

OTG West Europe will not manage ticket ownership changes and accepts no responsibility for transfers carried out between private individuals.

5. Personal Data Protection

OTG West Europe will use the personal data provided during the registration process for the purpose of managing the user’s participation in the event.

For this purpose, OTG West Europe may share such data with service providers involved in the organization and management of the event, including email marketing platforms, technological tools, payment providers, or collaborating companies necessary for the proper execution of the event.

OTG West Europe prohibits the use of professional cameras and mobile recording devices during event sessions and presentations unless expressly authorized by the organization.

OTG West Europe may hire professional photographers and videographers to capture images and recordings of the event for promotional, commercial and corporate purposes.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept that their image may appear in photographs, videos or broadcasts produced by OTG West Europe.

Participants also acknowledge that other attendees may capture images or videos over which OTG West Europe has no control and assumes no responsibility.

7. Materials and Intellectual Property

During the event, attendees may receive access to content, materials or presentations licensed by OTG and/or Nu Skin.

Such materials may only be used for personal and internal purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, sale, publication or public dissemination without prior written authorization from OTG West Europe is strictly prohibited.

OTG West Europe shall not be responsible for the content included in presentations or materials provided by speakers or third-party participants.

8. Force Majeure Cancellation Clause

OTG West Europe shall not be held responsible for the cancellation, modification or interruption of the event due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to floods, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, civil disturbances, armed conflicts, strikes, health restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, flight cancellations, transport disruptions or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organization.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, purchased tickets may be considered valid for a future edition of the event.

9. Installment Payments

If the purchaser chooses the installment payment option through Stripe, they expressly acknowledge and accept that they are committing to payment of the full amount of the ticket or contracted service.

The installment payment option constitutes solely a payment facility offered to the purchaser and does not represent a cancellable subscription or provisional reservation under any circumstances.

By selecting this payment method, the purchaser expressly authorizes Stripe and OTG West Europe to automatically charge the pending installments using the payment method provided during the purchase process.

In the event of non-payment of any pending installment, voluntary cancellation by the purchaser, withdrawal or non-attendance at the event, previously paid amounts shall not be refunded.

Furthermore, the organization reserves the right to cancel the validity of the ticket or deny access to the event while any outstanding amounts remain unpaid.

Refund conditions applicable to tickets purchased through installment payments shall prevail over any general cancellation or refund policy stated elsewhere on this website.

10. Refund Policy

For each fully paid ticket, 60 euros of the total amount shall be non-refundable as administrative and management costs.

Refunds, where applicable, are normally processed within 30 days.

Refund requests received after February 1st, 2027 will be subject to a non-refundable fee of 100 euros.

No refund requests will be accepted after March 1st, 2027.

6. CONSENT IN FORMS

Users must expressly accept the following conditions before submitting any form:

Nu Skin Brand Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of Nu Skin. The Nu Skin-Brand Affiliate relationship is not intended or deemed to constitute a partnership, agency, employer-employee, or a joint venture relationship. The One Team Global | System 7 Success Summit is a Brand Affiliate-sponsored event. By invitation, corporate employees may participate in this Brand Affiliate event to provide information about company products and programs. However, Nu Skin assumes no responsibility or liability for the event. This includes, but is not limited to, the agenda, the Brand Affiliate content of the meetings/presentations, travel related expenses, etc. You have been provided this notice (i) for informational purposes, or (ii) in case Brand Affiliates call the company and make general inquiries about the One Team Global | System 7 Success Summit. Any/all questions regarding the event should be referred directly to those independent Brand Affiliates who are sponsoring this event.
