What will Success Summit do for my business?
This is where you understand or “get” the business. Until you have experienced the spirit and enthusiasm of the leaders, you have not fully understood what you have in your hands. There is nothing that can replace the power of a room filled with several hundred of committed minds, working together towards a common goal.
Why is it so important to celebrate success and applaud our hard work?
It helps us take ourselves more seriously and develop confidence and healthy pride It gives us proof that we are learning, growing and succeeding. It gives us the opportunity to celebrate other people’s success. It inspires us to keep going!
Who organizes Success Summit?
The Association OTG West Europe organizes this event for all OTG members.
What is Association OTG West Europe?
It is a Non-profit association – Law 1/2002, created to be organized in a powerful and transparent way. Our aim is to continue developing new and better tools for all distributors doing business in West Europe.
For whom is Success Summit ?
For all Nu Skin distributors that take their business seriously and want to speed up their business building, celebrate with friends and have fun!
I am not able to attend the Success Summit. Can I transfer the ticket to someone else?
Tickets can only be transfered to another Nu Skin distributor under exclusive responsibility of the buyer. OTG will not handle ticket changes or take any responsibility for them.
What is the refund policy?
For any ticket paid in full, 60 Euros of the total amount paid is non-refundable fee.
Refunds will be processed using the credit card number that was used for payment.
Refunds will not be processed by bank transfer, only to credit cards.
Refunds requested after March 8, 2020 will have 100 Euros as non-refundable fee
No refund shall be considered after April 8, 2020.

Due to current uncertainty regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus, the refund policy has been extended again: Refunds requested will continue to be 60 Euros non-refundable until further notice

How long does it take to credit my account with the refund if it is approved?
Answer: Refunds are normally processed within 30 days.
If I cancel my ticket to the Success Summit, does it also cancel my hotel reservation?
Answer: No, cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
To cancel your hotel room(s), please contact the hotel directly.
I can’t make it to the Success Summit, can I apply the purchased amount toward items from the OTG West Europe Store?
No, you will not be able to transfer and apply any amount paid to any OTG West Europe products or event.
Why a non-profit association?
Because no money will go into the pocket of any individual distributor. The potential surplus is re-invested in the development of OTG WE.
Can I bring my kids along to the Success Summit?
The Success Summit is a distributors’ event. We do not recommend parents to bring along their children as the venue is crowded and very noisy at times. In addition to the fact that children may find the event too long and not always of interest, parents may as well not take full benefit of this event knowing that their children are not enjoying it. Also be reminded that if you were eventually to come along with your kids, you’d have to book a ticket for them.
Do I need to pay for the translation headsets?
No, they're included in the price of your ticket Headsets will be available for all sessions Translation will be available in French, Spanish and English. More languages will be added depending on the number of attendees. If you are interested in having your language translated, there is a minimum of 50 attendees from your country/language registered, for us to add a new translation booth and interpreters.
Who can join the Association?
All distributors can participate as long as they abide by the OTG Code of Conduct.
Why become a member?
All the material, services and events are for members only.
Do I have to print my ticket?
You can either print your ticket or save it on your phone / device.
Be sure to keep your ticket safe and private, there is name on it and a unique code that will be scanned when check in.
In case of ticket duplication, only the first one will be able to access the venue. Be careful not to send anyone a copy of your ticket!
